About the Author –

NaTang is a well-known singer and actress in Taiwan. She has been a successful and popular entertainer for 35 years. She has 100’s of credits to her name for popular songs, award-winning albums, movies, TV series, music videos, concerts, and stage shows, as well as a long list of endorsements.

NaTang is also a famous yoga teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience. Through the years, she has created and developed her own school of Yoga called “Tang Yoga”.  She is the author of 6 books on the subject and the creator of several instructional DVDs.

She has concentrated more of her efforts in the past few years on charity events as well as philanthropic efforts for causes that she firmly believes in.

NaTang believes in living a positive life through example, as a long-term vegetarian, environmentalist, yoga master, and as a person with deep religious and spiritual convictions. Her focus now is on her family and doing good work that helps people and gives back to the society that has given her many opportunities for success in her life.
